UC Links Bonds with Berkeley

UC Links Executive Director Charles Underwood and Director of Research and Assessment Leann Parker have moved their operation from UC Office of the President to UC Berkeley.

While they will continue to spend most of their time developing the UC Links statewide initiative, the two will also work on a collaborative project that will offer online after-school activities and resources to the children of evacuated families in New Orleans and other affected areas. Parker is also finishing work on a William and Flora Hewlett Foundation grant to review issues and significant literature related to technologies that support English language and reading development for elementary-school-aged English learners in and out of school.
