arolyn Hartsough is the coordinator of the School Psychology Program. Her research interests include the mental health of school children, specifically longitudinal studies of Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, as well as educational and psychological measurement and program evaluation. She has co-authored numerous evaluation instruments widely used by school psychologists, including the Children's Attention and Adjustment Survey. Among her recent articles are "Childhood ADHD Subtypes as Predictors of Adult Criminal Activity," in the Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry and Allied Disciplines(with L. Babinski et al., 1999); "Prospective Study of Tobacco Smoking and Substance Abuse Among Samples of ADHD and Non-ADHD Students," in Learning Disabilities (with N. Lambert, 1998); "Development and Scaling of a Preservice Teacher Rating Instrument," in the Journal of Teacher Education(with K. D. Perez et al., 1998).
