Inscription-Rich, Computer-Mediated Instructional Materials for English Language Learners in Mathematics
The purpose of this project is to design and evaluate a new genre of computer-mediated instructional materials to raise the level of achievement of English language learners in the core academic area of middle-school mathematics. The project aims to investigate new ways to meet the challenge of providing equitable educational opportunities for all students to learn mathematics.
